Welcome to Rays Originals (www.raysoriginals.shop). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of products from Rays Originals and Fabrics Co, a sole proprietorship registered in Mysore, India.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. ELIGIBILITY

By using this website, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You are accessing the website from within India (we currently ship only within India).

2. PRODUCTS & PRICING

  • All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
  • We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product colours. Minor variations in shade, texture, or finish are inherent to handcrafted and printed garments.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed and payment is received, the price at the time of purchase will be honoured.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets (processed by Cashfree Payments), and Partial Cash on Delivery (COD). COD availability may vary based on your location and order value.
  • For prepaid orders, your payment is processed at the time of order placement.
  • For Partial COD orders, a partial advance payment is collected online, and the remaining balance is payable at delivery.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION

Since many of our products are made-to-order or enter production quickly, cancellations are time-sensitive:

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM IST: Can be cancelled anytime before 5:00 PM the same day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST: Can be cancelled until 11:59 PM the same day.
  • After the cancellation window: Once your order has entered production or been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our Refund Policy.

To cancel an eligible order, email us immediately at [raysoriginalscustomersupport@gmail.com] with your order number. Cancellations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important: If your cancellation request is received after the cut-off time, the order will proceed to production and cannot be stopped. In this case, you can return the product after delivery under our 7-day return policy.

  • For successfully cancelled prepaid orders, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

All content on this website — including but not limited to logos, brand names, images, videos, graphics, text, design elements, and code — is the exclusive property of Rays Originals and Fabrics Co and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
  • Use our brand name, logos, or product images for any commercial purpose.

8. USER ACCOUNTS

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS & DISCOUNT CODES

  • Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions mentioned at the time of the offer.
  • Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • We reserve the right to revoke codes or terminate promotions at any time without prior notice.
  • Codes obtained through unauthorized means (bots, hacking, etc.) will be voided.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product(s) in question.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or courier/logistics disruptions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mysore, Karnataka, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
